The Salisbury-Elk Lick elementary students have been challenged to “get caught” showing their Elk Pride through our School Wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. Each student has the opportunity to earn “Elk Bucks” by showing Pride, Responsibility, Integrity, Dependability, and Effort within the school building, on the school bus, and on the playground. For the month of May, one student from each grade (K-6) was chosen through their classes combined Elk Bucks. They received a certificate or recognition and a $5 gift certificate to the Pit Stop Creamery.
Our May winners are (from left to right):
Sara Winebrenner-2nd grade, Layla Lutz-1st Grade, Violet Perrill-Kindergarten, Blake Rugg-4th Grade, Trenton Slayton-3rd Grade, and Emmalyn Brant-6th Grade. Missing from the photo is our 5th Grade winner, Autumn Peachy.
Congratulations to all of this month's winners! Continue to let your kindness shine bright throughout the summer time!
